GCC OEM Black Blade Fine Detail 2.5mm Expert II Puma IV Jaguar V

This is an OEM GCC blade, known as the Black Cap with 0.175 mm offset.
This is the thicker 2.5mm shaft for the Expert II, Puma IV, Jaguar V, iCraft, and AR cutters.

This blade is used for cutting small text and fine detail. It has a sharp blade with  the smallest offset.
